Our client, who is involved in investments is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager. The Assistant RM's primary role is to support the team with application processing. This includes tasks such as compilation, scanning, and administrative duties related to government submissions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Scan and organise physical documents into electronic filing systems.
- Maintain and update digital filing systems for efficient access and retrieval.
- Assist with the creation and formatting of documents as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry and photocopying.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Working hours: Monday - Friday
Requirements
- Based in Malta with experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in English.
- Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Education and Experience
