Our client, a leading company for some of the world’s foremost luxury brands, is looking into recruiting an Aftersales Manager to join their growing team. Reporting directly to the company's Director, the chosen candidate will:
- Overlook, mentor, and lead the Aftersales team, ensure set objectives and targets.
- Establish and maintain a strong customer relationship, by handling queries and complaints, and providing constant feedback on the quality of products or services.
- Develop and implement strategies effective for ensuring a satisfied clientele and increased returns.
- Liaise with other store managers to discuss plans necessary to magnify sales results.
- Coordinate the customer service operation, to ensure clients are receiving the best service possible, aligned with the brand's standards, monitoring all post-sales services too.
- Develop and optimize digitalized support and service processes, tools, and systems.
- Execute, process, and present regular reports through research, estimations and all Aftersales activities.
- Ensure compliance with all general and company policies when carrying out job duties.
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday
09:00 - 18:00
Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Self-driven and hold a good eye for detail.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry will be given preference.
- Specific interest and know-how in digitization of systems and processes will be given preference.
Education and Experience
- Any qualification linked to the role will be considered an asset.
- Excellent spoken and written both Maltese and English.
