A client of ours is searching for an Administrator to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be involved in marketing activities with Xerox, Epson, and other business operations. They will also take on the challenge of marketing our new print outsourcing venture, which is currently being set up, with a focus on business development and growth. Additionally, they will help with the administration of our company's ISO system, maintain and improve our website, and handle customer communications.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Administrative Duties:
Provide general office support, including document handling, filing, data entry, and scheduling
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, phone calls), ensuring timely responses and proper documentation
Support the team with other administrative tasks as required
Assist in the development, maintenance, and management of ISO documentation, and support internal and external audit processes to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements
Coordinate the distribution and analysis of annual customer satisfaction questionnaire
Handle incoming customer complaints by coordinating with relevant departments to investigate issues thoroughly and ensure timely, satisfactory resolution in line with company policies
Marketing Support:
Maintain and update the company’s website and social media platforms with relevant content
Help coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional materials
Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategy development
Assist in the maintenance of customer databases and email marketing lists (e.g., CRM platforms)
Contribute ideas to support brand visibility and customer engagement
Ensure compliance with branding guidelines and marketing standards across all materials
Requirements
Fluency in both English and Maltese is required.
Dynamic, creative, adaptable
Proficiency in MS tools is a must
Education and Experience
Prior administrative experience is a must
Prior experience in marketing or similar is highly desired
Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, InDesign is an asset
