Administrative Support Officer

  Central Malta  |  €20,000 - €23,000 Annually 

We are looking for an Administrative Support Officer to support the sales team in the day-to-day running and administration of the sales and marketing function as well as assisting hands-on with marketing events.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the General Manager and the Sales & Marketing team with admin support
  • Support the department hands-on with the preparation of marketing events
  • Providing administrative and secretarial support, including formatting and printing documents, organizing workflow, and maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • Assisting with flight bookings, meeting scheduling, and preparing refreshments for clients attending meetings within the office

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate various aspects of sales administration
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Good clerical, computing, and data entry skills
  • Minimum O/A Level standard of education and/or MCAST certificate in administration or a related field
