Central Malta | €20,000 - €24,000 Annually
Our client, an international company is looking for an Administrative Receptionist to join their team.
Reporting to the Property & Building Manager your responsibilities will include:
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and business partners, ensuring a positive first impression.
Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Oversee visitor access and maintain front desk security protocols.
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Maintain a smart, professional appearance and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday
Requirements
At least 2 years of local experience in a similar role and industry
Hold an excellent level of written and verbal Maltese & English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in travel booking management and email administration is advantageous.
A courteous, approachable, and professional demeanour is essential.
