Our client, an international company is looking for an Administrative Receptionist to join their team. Reporting to the Property & Building Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and business partners, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Oversee visitor access and maintain front desk security protocols.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain a smart, professional appearance and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday
Requirements
- At least 2 years of local experience in a similar role and industry
- Hold an excellent level of written and verbal Maltese & English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in travel booking management and email administration is advantageous.
- A courteous, approachable, and professional demeanour is essential.
