Forming part of a boutique firm, the Administrative & Corporate Services Executive will primarily be responsible for carrying out administrative and front office duties as well as supporting the corporate department.
Responsibilities:
Welcoming visitors and clients professionally
Managing phone calls and messages
Handling filing, scanning, photocopying, binding, and document management
Managing incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
Ordering office supplies, stationery, groceries, and safety equipment
Maintaining petty cash records and monthly reconciliations
Keeping records, databases, and office spaces organised
Ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information
Supporting general day-to-day office administration
Preparing and organising documents for client signatures and collection
Assisting with document filing and liaising with authorities such as MBR and MOFA
Coordinating document certification and legalisation processes
Supporting internal event planning and coordination
Providing general corporate and administrative support to the firm
Requirements
Previous local experience in a similar role
Demonstrate an interest in event coordination, with relevant experience considered an asset
Professional proficiency in English
Good at multitasking and juggling priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
