Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Assistant to support their Retail Operations function. This position is primarily based in the office; however, there will be occasions where on-site support is required at retail locations, including some weekend work. Experience within a retail environment would be highly beneficial.
The Main Responsibilities include:
Deliver day-to-day administrative support to the Retail Operations team, including maintaining records, managing documentation, and processing information accurately.
Organise and manage calendars, meetings, and appointments to ensure smooth coordination across the team.
Prepare and compile operational reports, presentations, and supporting materials as required.
Respond to queries from retail stores and act as a liaison between store teams and central operations.
Monitor, update, and maintain inventory data and other operational databases.
Assist with the coordination and delivery of retail initiatives, events, and promotions, including those scheduled on weekends.
Carry out general administrative tasks to support the effective running of retail operations.
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 08.00-16.30 (required to work a few hours on Saturday every few weeks)

Flexible approach to working hours, including availability for weekend support when needed.
Reliable, adaptable, and capable of managing changing operational demands.
Education and Experience
Demonstrated experience in an administrative or office support role.
Previous exposure to the retail sector is considered an advantage.
Competent user of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, alongside other standard office systems.
