Our client is a local group of companies who operate an inhouse charity. They are recruiting a Part-Time Administration Officer based in Qawra.
The Role
The role reports to the Executive Director and supports the organisation’s daily operations and programme delivery.
It suits someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and motivated by meaningful, mission-driven work.
This charity provides educational and therapeutic programmes that promote wellbeing, inclusion, and confidence in children and young people.
The organisation operates from a purpose-built Learning Centre and is part of a global network active in many countries.
The Administration Officer will manage administrative, financial, and reporting tasks while maintaining accurate records.
The role also involves liaising with volunteers and stakeholders and assisting with social media planning and content publishing.
SALARY PACKAGE INDICATED IS FOR FULL TIME SO THE RATE WILL BE WORKED OUT PRO RATA
Requirements
Applicants must be fluent in Maltese and English, proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), and able to work independently.
