Administrative Assistant (Part-Time or Reduced-Hours)

  South of Malta  |  Up to €22,000 Annually 

Our client within the Architecture and Design sector is recruiting a part-time or reduced-hours candidate to support their growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical support across administration, back-office, and reception functions.
  • Organise and maintain office systems, including documentation, filing, and client reception.
  • Assist with general office administration as required.
  • Work closely with the team to improve operational efficiency.
  • Support front-office hospitality by welcoming guests and offering refreshments.

Requirements:

  • Strong command of both English and Maltese (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Flexible, with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently with initiative.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative approach.
