Our client in the Procurement industry is looking for a well-organised and customer-focused Administration Officer to provide comprehensive administrative support across all departments. This part-time position requires a proactive individual who can manage a variety of tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional and welcoming presence. The key responsibilities are:
- Provide full administrative support to internal departments
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors, handling any inquiries promptly
- Manage incoming emails and calls, redirecting them as necessary
- Arrange transport and taxi services for guests
- Handle document-related tasks including printing, filing, and processing
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking of flights and accommodations
- Support the General Manager with day-to-day administrative duties
Requirements
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and knowledge of Maltese will be an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT applications
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Friendly and customer-oriented approach
- Presentable and well-groomed appearance
- Flexible, dependable, and willing to go the extra mile to support the team
- Strong multitasking abilities and keen attention to detail
