Administration Clerk

  Central Malta

Our client, within the freight forwarding industry, is looking to recruit an Administration Clerk to join their growing team. The chosen candidate will:

  • Perform accurate data entry and filing of company documents and records.
  • Review and check invoices for accuracy and completeness.
  • Eventually take on the issuance of invoices, once familiarized with internal processes.
  • Answer and redirect incoming calls when the front office is unavailable or busy.
  • Respond to emails promptly and professionally, ensuring timely communication.
  • Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, including those related to Customs and internal processes.
  • Support in maintaining Customs-related Excel records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide general secretarial and administrative support as needed.

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Open to learn and grow within the role
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment

Education and Experience

  • Previous experience in the same role
  • Proven proficiency with numbers
