Administration Clerk (Automotive)

  South of Malta  |  €18,000 - €22,000 Annually 

Our client in the automotive industry is looking for an Administration Clerk to join their team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist customers both over the phone and in person, ensuring a professional and helpful service.
  • Maintain accurate manual and electronic records.
  • Handle customer enquiries via telephone, email, and written correspondence.
  • Manage the cash till and perform daily cash reconciliations.
  • Support the smooth, day-to-day running of the office.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (both spoken and written)
  • Native level of Maltese is a must
  • Able to work in a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Flexible and capable of handling pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
