Our client, an international game development company, is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Organize, track, and cross-check outgoing invoice payments with our accounting team.
- Proof reading content and documentation.
- Maintain, update and follow up a structured list of contractors and their relevant admin info.
- Manage NDA workflows—follow up for signatures, respond to basic queries, and ensure compliance.
- Liaise with banks for documentation related to international transfers, including collecting and submitting required paperwork
- Support general administrative coordination across teams
Requirements
- Excellent level of English, fluency in French would be an advantage
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Able to work on your own initiative and with minimal supervision
- Excellent multitasking skills
- A measure of confidentiality is expected.
- Proficient in Excel.
