On behalf of our client, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Transfer Pricing Supervisor to join their team. In this role you will be responsible for managing and optimizing transfer pricing policies, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and providing a strategic guidance on intercompany transactions.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain transfer pricing policies to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable regulations
Prepare, review, and update transfer pricing documentation, reports, and supporting analyses
Perform benchmarking studies and economic analyses to substantiate intercompany pricing arrangements
Collaborate closely with finance and tax teams to align intercompany pricing with business operations
Track developments in transfer pricing legislation and proactively update policies and practices as required
Provide support during audits and liaise with tax authorities when necessary
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members on transfer pricing matters
Carry out additional related responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Law, or a related field
professional qualifications such as ACCA, ACA, or ADIT will be considered an advantage
Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in transfer pricing, gained within a consulting environment or industry
Strong knowledge of Cypriot and international transfer pricing legislation and guidelines
Excellent analytical and technical capabilities, with a solid foundation in tax accounting and finance
Superior written and verbal communication, as well as presentation skills
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and collaborate effectively within a team
