Transfer Pricing Associate

  Nicosia  |  €20,000 - €23,000 Annually 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Transfer Pricing Associate to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, providing expert guidance on transfer pricing strategies and compliance.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and reports under supervision

• Support senior team members in conducting transfer pricing risk assessments and planning strategies for multinational clients

• Help compile data and analysis for use in tax audits and disputes involving transfer pricing matters

• Monitor and summarize updates on local and international transfer pricing regulations and guidelines

• Perform benchmarking searches and assist in economic and financial analyses 

• Draft communication and supporting materials for interactions with tax authorities as directed by senior staff

• Collaborate with team members and participate in training sessions to develop technical knowledge and skills in transfer pricing.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of Cypriot and international transfer pricing principles.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
  • Master’s degree or professional qualification is advantageous.
  • Up to 1–2 years of aexperience in transfer pricing, tax, or a related field within a consulting firm or industry (internships or graduate roles also considered)
