Our client is seeking to recruit a Technical Officer to support the technical team and support the organisation’s professional objectives. The role involves overseeing technical research, guidance, training, and communication to ensure high standards.
Duties include:
- Support the implementation of the organisation’s strategic goals
- Identify key technical areas where guidance or training is needed
- Stay informed about emerging issues
- Oversee responses to technical queries from members or stakeholders.
- Advise on the development of technical papers, guidance notes, and publications.
- handle the design and coordination of professional training initiatives.
- Assist committees, working groups, and internal teams in achieving their objectives.
- Represent the organisation in relevant local and international discussions or events.
- advise on the preparation and distribution of technical communications and reports.
- Contribute to the preparation of the annual report.
- Carry out any other related duties as required.
Requirements
- Candidates must ideally be fully qualified Accountants
- Must be analytical and hold attention to detail
- Candidate must hold excellent communication skills in English and Maltese
- Excellent at management at stakeholder relationships
