What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts, financial statements, and internal reports in line with group standards.
- Managing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintaining accurate general ledger postings and ensuring proper documentation of all financial transactions.
- Supporting VAT return preparation and group reporting activities.
- Ensuring full compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and statutory regulations.
- Assisting during internal and external audits, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial information flow.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency.
Who You Are
- Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting or someone who is in the final stages of their studies will be considered
- Have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in accounting or finance, ideally within a similar industry or environment.
- Possess a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Are analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
- Are proficient in accounting software; experience with SAP is considered an advantage.
- Communicate clearly and work well both independently and within a team.
- Are fluent in written and spoken English and hold a valid work permit.
