Senior Finance Executive
Our client is looking for a Senior Finance Executive to join their team
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update the general ledger, recording daily financial transactions accurately.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, and reconcile bank statements, supplier balances, and internal records.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Provide financial data and insights to support management decision-making and performance tracking.
Support annual budgeting, monitor budget performance, identify variances, and assist with financial forecasting for strategic planning.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
Assist with internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to queries.
Manage petty cash transactions and reconciliations, and maintain records of fixed assets and inventory.
Monitor cash flow and support treasury-related activities to maintain financial stability.
Requirements
2+ years of local accounting or finance experience.
Proficiency in accounting software (preferably Xero and Navision).
Able to meet deadlines
Education and Experience
Part-qualified or actively studying towards ACCA/CPA is preferred.
