Responsibilities:
Perform audit engagements for clients across a range of industries, including investment, financing, and trading entities, in accordance with International Standards on Auditing and applicable Companies Law
Manage multiple audit assignments simultaneously and prepare, review, and finalize financial statements in compliance with IFRS
Prepare tax computations in line with Cyprus tax legislation and relevant tax circulars
Coordinate with clients and internal accounting teams to obtain required documentation and information
Monitor audit progress, review audit working papers, and report status updates to the Audit Manager
Support, train, and mentor junior team members while contributing to strong and professional client relationships
Continuously enhance technical knowledge of Auditing Standards, IFRS, Companies Law, taxation, and VAT
Carry out any additional audit-related responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time
Requirements:
University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
ACA or ACCA qualified, with a strong record of professional examination results
At least two years of relevant audit experience
Familiarity with CaseWare Audit International
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently and meet established deadlines
Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
Excellent analytical abilities, with strong attention to detail and sound critical judgment
High standards of professionalism and strict adherence to confidentiality requirements
Fluency in both English and Greek, written and spoken
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills in Excel
