Senior Accounts Executive
Our client within the Aviation industry is looking for a Senior Accounts Executiv e to join their team
Responsbilities:
Handles payables and receivables, ensuring accurate postings, timely payments, and well-maintained records.
Carries out bank reconciliations and supports ledger accuracy through journals, accruals, and prepayments.
Allocates operating costs correctly across aircraft, routes, and cost centres, and assists with VAT filings.
Contributes to monthly and year-end reporting, including audit preparation, while working with internal teams and external parties
Ensures adherence to internal controls, policies, and accounting standards, and supports the wider finance function with ad hoc tasks and projects.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of local accounting-related experience
Education and Experience
Ideally actively studying ACCA qualification or a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
