Our client is a boutique CSP who are looking for a Private Client & Residency Junior Administrator to join their team. The chosen candidate will form part of a team of 4 and report to a senior.
Responsibilities
Prepare and submit Income Tax Returns, VAT Returns, VAT Recapitulative Statements, Eco-Tax contributions, and TA22/TA24 forms, ensuring compliance with statutory deadlines.
Compile Profit & Loss statements for self-employed individuals and maintain accurate financial records through daily bank reconciliations.
Process bank payments, including tax, VAT, CFR, and individual payments, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
Manage VAT, tax, and Social Security registrations for self-employed individuals, ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance.
Liaise with government authorities, including the Office of the Commissioner for Revenue, Identity Malta, Transport Malta, and Social Security Services.
Provide client support on administrative and compliance matters, including assistance with EU Residence applications and Non-EU Work Permit applications.
Requirements
1 year experience in corporate services, or private client administration is preferred
Understanding of the tax system for individuals
Understanding of the Local VAT system
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Maltese is considered an asset.
