On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Payroll Supervisor to join their team. In this role, you will oversee payroll processing, ensure accuracy and compliance and work closely with the Accounting Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Process salary adjustments, back pay, and termination payments.
- Prepare and submit statutory payroll returns (IR7, IR63)
- Handle registrations with the Tax and Social Insurance Departments, including Ergani
- Ensure correct calculation of payroll taxes and statutory contributions
- Monitor compliance with payroll laws and reporting deadlines
- Assist with month-end payroll consolidation and reporting
- Support basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations and AP/AR
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional service
- Perform any other related duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time
Requirements:
- Experience with payroll and accounting software (e.g. E-soft, Odoo)
- Strong analytical, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure
- Capable of working independently while also contributing as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English
- IT literate, adaptable, and comfortable with digital systems

Education and experience
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 4-5 years of experience in payroll or a related accounting role
- Sound knowledge of payroll regulations, including VAT basics, Social Insurance services, and Tax authorities
