On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Payroll Supervisor to join their team. In this role, you will oversee payroll processing, ensure accuracy and compliance and work closely with the Accounting Manager.
Responsibilities:
Process salary revisions, retroactive payments and employee termination settlements.
Prepare and submit statutory payroll filings, including TD7 and TD63 returns.
Handle employee and employer registrations with the Tax and Social Insurance Departments, including Ergani.
Ensure accurate calculation and timely payment of payroll taxes and statutory contributions.
Monitor compliance with payroll legislation and reporting deadlines.
Support month-end payroll consolidation, reconciliations and reporting.
Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional service delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3–5 years of proven experience in payroll processing or a similar accounting role.
Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, tax and social insurance regulations.
Experience with payroll and/or accounting systems.
Fluency in Greek & Good command of English are required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Team player with a proactive and professional approach.
Requirements

Liaise with clients to obtain, validate, and maintain up-to-date payroll and employee information
