We are working with a company in the healthcare industry who are looking to recruit a Junior Credit/Debit Controller on a 1 year definite contract.
What you'll be doing
Monitor customer accounts to track outstanding invoices, overdue balances, and potential credit risks.
Follow up on outstanding payments through emails, telephone calls, and account statements, while working closely with customers to resolve billing and payment queries.
Perform regular reconciliations of customer accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Generate accounts receivable aging reports and escalate potential collection risks to senior management.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
Requirements
2 years of local experience in a similar role is preferred
