Internal Finance Officer

An international CSP is looking Finance Officer to join their internal finance team. 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare documents for staff expense reimbursements.
• Record financial transactions and keep accurate records.
• Prepare and deposit cheques/cash following procedures.
• Handle finance-related queries from clients, suppliers, and staff.
• Post transactions and reconcile internal accounts to support the Finance Partner.
• Process supplier payments on time and in line with procedures.
• Create and send invoices, statements, and any ad hoc billing as needed.
• Make timely payments to tax and government authorities (e.g., VAT, Social Security).
• Reimburse staff according to company policies
• Issue VAT and acknowledgment receipts for internal and external needs.
• Prepare petty cash replenishments according to procedure.

Requirements

• Ideally 2 years of local experience working in finance and/or accounting
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office

Education and Experience

• Ideally hold a Degree in Accounting or Finance or in the process of doing the ACCA exams
