Our client is an upcoming real estate/construction company that values high product quality and excellent customer service. They would like to engage a Head of Finance to join their growing team.
The Role
- You will oversee detailed cash flow planning to ensure all projects and acquisitions are financially supported whilst having an up-to-date cash flow model across all business units.
- You will secure diverse funding sources, including bank loans, private investors, or bonds.
- Create strong relationships with banks and investment brokers.
- You will structure property deals creatively to reduce upfront equity and maximize leverage.
- Manage financial obligations like loan covenants, interest, and drawdowns is part of the role.
- You must actively manage financial risks and have contingency plans ready.
- Monthly cash dashboards and clear financial reporting for stakeholders are required.
Experience in property finance, capital raising, and financial modeling is a must and salary package will be commensurate with experience.
