Financial Planning Manager

Our client within the Insurance Sector is looking for a Financial Planning Manager to join their team. 

Responsibilities:

• Review monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy of provisions and variance analysis.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning across European operations.
• Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis to support business decisions.
• Deliver insightful management information and performance reports.
• Partner with actuarial, claims, and underwriting teams to enhance financial understanding.
• Improve FP&A processes through automation, systems enhancements, and streamlined reporting.
• Collaborate with Group Finance to align management reporting, statutory accounts, and audit deliverables.
• Lead and develop the regional finance team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Insurance industry
• Strong analytical skills
• Proactive in identifying issues and proposing solutions to colleagues at all levels, including senior management

Education and Experience

• Partly ACCA qualified or fully qualified
