Our client is currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join their growing finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. The successful candidate will report directly to the Financial Controller and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support key business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes across departments.
- Deliver monthly performance analysis, highlighting key variances and trends between actuals and forecasts.
- Review cost allocation practices to ensure proper classification and alignment with company policy.
- Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and analytical tools to support scenario planning and business cases.
- Partner with operational teams to provide financial insights that improve performance and identify efficiency opportunities.
- Prepare management reports and KPIs for senior stakeholders to support strategic decisions.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis related to investments, cost initiatives, and commercial opportunities.
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of financial processes, reporting automation, and systems development.
Requirements
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (ACCA, CIMA, or a master’s qualification would be considered an asset).
- 2–5 years’ experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role—experience within gaming, technology, or digital sectors is highly desirable.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling abilities; experience with Dynamics365 is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and communication skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
