Financial Controller

An International company operating in Malta within the medical industry is looking for a Financial Controller to join their team 

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting operations and finance processes. 
•  Coordinate and oversee month-end close activities. 
• Direct and support departments in costing and pricing 
• Review journals, reconciliations, and balance sheet controls. 
• Manage finance operations staff and reporting timelines. 
• Prepare and monitor with Group Treasury operational cash flow forecasts. 
• Monitor working capital performance and operational reporting. 
• Ensure compliance with finance controls and procedures. 
• Coordinate audit requirements and finance documentation. 
• Drive continuous improvement in finance operations. 
• Manage the annual audit process and liaising with the auditors. 
•  Deal with service providers in the various locations.

Requirements

• Similar local experience in a senior role
• Smart appearance and a flair for working with people and communicating with others, in fluent English, both in verbal and written form;

Education and Experience

• Ideally be ACCA qualified or hold a similar qualification
