Financial Controller

Our client is looking for a Financial Controller within a large company 

Responsibilities: 

• Lead the finance function across multiple entities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Oversee preparation of monthly management accounts in line with corporate and USALI standards
• Monitor revenue, costs, GOP, EBITDA, cash flow, and working capital performance
• Maintain full balance sheet integrity through regular reconciliations and strong internal controls
• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasting processes
• Provide variance analysis and clear financial insights to support management decisions
• Identify financial risks and opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency
• Support business cases, ROI analysis, and financial modelling for new projects and investments
• Partner with senior management and department heads to strengthen financial discipline and cost control
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and relevant authorities
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, promoting accountability and continuous improvement
• Ensure strong working capital management and consistent financial governance across all entities

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in senior finance roles, preferably within hotels multi- property environments
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting expertise
• Hands-on experience supporting hotel operations and departmental decision-making

Education and Experience

• Warranted Accountant
