Our client, a group of companies in the Retail and Distribution sector, is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will report to the Group Financial Controller and collaborate closely with the international operations of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting and leading a team of junior accountants
- Preparing of the management accounts
- Supporting in the evaluating and analysing of the business performance and plans
- Preparing the VAT returns
- Handling the audit process
- Working closely with the General Manager of various business sectors
- Supporting in the ongoing improvement of the internal controls
- Handling any day to day duties
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role locally
- Must have experience working in a similar industry
Education and Experience
- Fully qualified and warranted
