Responsibilities:
Prepares and submits quarterly VAT returns in line with regulatory requirements.
Develops and documents accounting procedures to strengthen internal controls.
Supports annual budgeting and business planning processes.
Liaises with external auditors and ensures full audit preparedness.
Manages accounts payable, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and payments.
Handles intercompany billing and reconciliations of balances.
Performs monthly bank reconciliations and monitors cash positions.
Updates weekly cashflow forecasts and monitors liquidity.
Prepares monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cashflow reports
