Our client, within the automotive industry is looking to recruit a Finance Manager to join the team.
Main Responsibilities :
Compile and present management accounts and reports to the Board of Directors.
- Review and interpret complex financial data for strategic insights.
- Develop financial forecasts and budgets.
- Analyze actual performance against budgets and historical data.
- Prepare and assess monthly departmental contribution reports across the group.
- Conduct cost analysis and implement cost control measures.
- Oversee finance team deliverables to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Evaluate and enhance internal processes and procedures for improved efficiency.
- Maintain and upgrade IT and internal control systems for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate smooth and efficient audits.
- Track and manage potential benefits from EU and national grants
- Keep KYC documentation up to date for advisors, banks, and service providers.
- Prepare and file VAT returns for the group.
- Support ongoing KYC processes and completion of banking documentation.
- Complete NSO questionnaires and statistical submissions.
- Support the professional development of finance team members through mentorship and hands-on collaboration, promoting a strong team environment.
- Perform other duties as required by the Directors or Chief Financial Officer.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Able to meet deadlines consistently.
Education and Experience
- ACCA qualification or equivalent
