Our client is on the lookout for a detail-driven Finance Manager to become a vital part of their growing team.

Working closely with the Managing Directors and preparing monthly management accounts and supporting the Compliance Officer, you'll play an important role in ensuring compliance and operational excellence across both an insurance agency and brokerage.
Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts.
- Compile financial and statistical reports for the Managing Directors and Board.
- Oversee audit activities related to financial operations, ensuring all requirements are met efficiently.
- Review and reconcile balances linked to insurance and reinsurance transactions.
- Calculate and submit regulatory returns, ensuring adherence to local and EU regulations.
- Support the preparation and filing of other regulatory documentation.
- Assist with the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Collaborate closely with the CFO to strengthen finance operations and support the implementation of key strategic initiatives.
- Engage in meetings with internal and external stakeholders, confidently presenting financial insights and updates.
- Provide support to the Compliance Officer and assist with related duties.
- Take the lead on special financial projects as required.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of professional experience, with solid exposure to the insurance industry.
- A fluent command of the English language.
- Strong attention to detail, paired with excellent written and presentation skills.
- A proactive mindset, capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates that are ready to step up to a Managerial level with less years of experience but with strong exposure in Insurance, will also be considered
Education and Experience
- A qualified accountant or someone in the final stages of completing an accounting qualification (such as a University Degree, ACCA, or equivalent).
