About the Role
As a Finance Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing the company’s financial operations across multiple jurisdictions. You’ll ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial processes while contributing to strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining accurate financial records within the ERP system.
- Preparing payment runs and overseeing transactions across several jurisdictions.
- Reconciling balance sheet accounts, including banking, vendors, customers, and accruals.
- Processing payroll and related reports across different regions.
- Managing the month-end close process and preparing detailed management accounts.
- Monitoring departmental budgets and preparing variance reports.
- Assisting with the preparation of VAT and tax returns, ensuring full compliance.
- Supporting statutory and tax audits with accurate documentation.
- Enhancing automation and improving financial processes.
- Collaborating closely with other finance team members to achieve company objectives.
About you:
- A recognised accounting qualification (Chartered / Certified Accountant or equivalent in finance or business).
- At least 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in a finance role.
- A strong grasp of local accounting principles and audit practices.
- Exceptional analytical and numerical skills, with high attention to detail.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams and regions.
