What You’ll Be Doing
- Take charge of daily accounting operations, including payables, receivables, and general ledger entries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers, ensuring all postings are completed on time.
- Prepare and update reconciliation schedules, keeping all balances aligned and properly reviewed.
- Support the month-end close process, assisting with journals, checks, and reporting.
- Contribute to basic variance analysis, helping identify unusual movements or discrepancies.
- Assist with cash flow monitoring to support financial planning and liquidity management.
- Ensure full adherence to internal policies and procedures while promoting good control practices.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the wider finance team.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a finance-related role
- Familiarity with Advanced Accounting principles
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Possesses attention to detail and adaptability
