Finance Clerk

  Central Malta  |  €23,000 - €28,000 Annually 

Our client, a leading law firm is seeking to recruit an Finance Clerk to join their team. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Issuing of invoices in a timely manner
  • Maintaining customer ledgers
  • Liaising with clients and responding to their queries where required
  • Assisting with any other accounting and office duty that may be required
  • Keeping abreast with any legal update
  • Assisting with billing related tasks 


  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Maltese
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Hold excellent intrapersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a legal firm is a Must

Education and Experience

  • A minimum Ordinary standard of education is required
