Finance Clerk - Part Time - 20 hours

  South of Malta  |  Starting from €25,000 Annually 

Our client is looking for a finance clerk on Part Time basis - 20 hours ( can start at 7am or 8 am ) to support with the billing cycle, ensure

accurate posting of payments and documents in our accounting systems, and assist with administrative activities as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the billing process, including preparation and followup of invoices and supporting documentation.
  • Post documents (invoices, credit notes, receipts, bank statements, etc.) into the accounting systems.
  • Carry out general finance and administration duties as assigned, including data entry, filing, and report preparation.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate filing of records.

Requirements

  • Previous local experience in basic accounting principles and financial transactions
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work to deadlines.

Education and Experience

  • O level in Accounts or Mathematics
