🌟 Your Daily Impact
Supporting the Financial Controller, you will be the backbone of their day-to-day accounts processing. Your work ensures that their records are accurate and the partners are paid on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable Mastery: Take charge of the supplier invoice cycle, from initial processing and nominal account allocation to preparing payment runs and reconciling ledgers.
Revenue Documentation: Utilize our accounting software to generate and issue sales invoices accurately.
Bank & Ledger Management: Post all incoming payments and outgoing receipts, maintaining clarity through regular bank reconciliations.
Executive Support: Provide essential clerical and accounting assistance to the Financial Controller to keep the department agile.
Ad-Hoc Projects: Tackle various administrative tasks as needed to support the wider finance team's goals.
🎓 What You Bring to the Office
Ideally, you hold an O-Level (or equivalent) in Accounting.
You have at least one year of experience in a similar administrative or clerical role.
You are a confident user of Microsoft Excel and the wider Office Suite.
You are fluent in both Maltese and English, with strong written and verbal skills in both.
You are proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
