As a Finance and Administration Officer, you’ll be supporting key finance functions while ensuring the Group remains compliant, organised, and ready for continuous growth. What You’ll Take Ownership Of
- Manage Tax Credits and EU Funding processes from preparing applications to submitting claims, including Investing in Skills.
- Stay updated on the latest tax credit schemes and requirements.
- Handle NSO and other statistical submissions with accuracy.
- Take full ownership of Intrastat reporting and ensure timely, correct submissions.
- Coordinate annual returns and corporate filings across the Group.
- Oversee KYC procedures for all entities within the Group.
- Prepare and maintain board resolutions, registers, and corporate documentation.
- Review loan agreements and summarise key terms for management.
- Manage MBR applications and follow through with required filings.
- Maintain donation records and all tax-related documentation in an organised, audit-ready manner.
- Support succession planning initiatives within the Finance Department.
- Oversee permits and licenses required for hospitality operations.
- Maintain, update, and control various Excel-based reporting tools.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements within finance and administration.
- Delegate tasks to interns and supervise them in coordination with the finance team.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience in finance or administration hospitality industry experience is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of regulatory and reporting obligations.
- Excellent organisational skills and a talent for managing multiple priorities at once.
- A proactive mindset with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- High accuracy, diligence, and a genuine eye for detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently while also being an engaged team player.
