Finance and Administration Manager
Central Malta | €50,000 - €60,000 Annually
Our Client within the Construction Industry is looking to recruit a Finance and Administration Manager to join their team.
Main Responsibilities include :
Lead and support the administration and accounts team
Implement clear processes, responsibilities, and performance standard
Oversee daily accounting operations including payables, receivables, payroll, and reconciliations
Prepare management accounts and support annual financial reporting
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring
Ensure compliance with tax, VAT, and statutory requirements
Liaise with auditors, banks, and external advisor
Monitor project budgets, supplier payments, and cost control
Provide financial input into tendering and pricing
Oversee procurement administration, office operations, and record management
Maintain internal controls and identify financial and operational risks
Requirements
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in accounting & administration roles
Prior supervisory or team-leading experience preferred
Proven leadership and team coordination ability
Experience in a construction or project-based environment is an advantage
Education and Experience
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
