Our client, a start up company, in the Information Technology Industry is looking for a Finance and Admin Officer to join their team.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Accounting:
- Handling and posting of invoices
- Supporting in debtor chasing
- Handling the bank reconciliations
- Monitoring and posting of payments
- Supporting with the payables and receivables
- Supporting the outsourced accountant and internal CFO with day to day duties
Administration:
- Handling day to day office admin
- Supporting in onboarding of clients
- Handling of equipment purchases, kitchen supplies
Requirements
- A minimum of 2-3 years working in an accounting role locally
- Excellent verbal and written English and Maltese
- Self starter and organised
Education and Experience
- A Level in Accounting or similar
