Finance and Admin Officer

  Central Malta  |  €25,000 - €32,000 Annually 

Our client, a start up company, in the Information Technology Industry is looking for a Finance and Admin Officer to join their team. 

Responsibilities include but not limited to: 

Accounting:

  • Handling and posting of invoices
  • Supporting in debtor chasing
  • Handling the bank reconciliations 
  • Monitoring and posting of payments 
  • Supporting with the payables and receivables 
  • Supporting the outsourced accountant and internal CFO with day to day duties 

Administration:

  • Handling day to day office admin
  • Supporting in onboarding of clients
  • Handling of equipment purchases, kitchen supplies 

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-3 years working in an accounting role locally
  • Excellent verbal and written English and Maltese
  • Self starter and organised

Education and Experience

  • A Level in Accounting or similar
