Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Administration Clerk to join their finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vendor-related accounting tasks, supporting administrative functions, and ensuring the accuracy and organisation of financial records.
Responsibilities:
- Process and record vendor invoices and payments using SAP or similar accounting software.
- Execute payment runs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Carry out a variety of administrative and support duties, including data entry and information gathering, ensuring a high level of accuracy and care.
- Handle tasks assigned by management that support the delivery of services, upkeep of assets, and general operations—always maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
- Maintain both digital and paper-based filing systems in a well-organised and up-to-date manner.
- Assist in updating internal manuals and contributing to the development of process documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in an accounting role.
- Familiarity with accounting systems such as SAP or comparable platforms.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities or procedures.
- Proactive, flexible, and capable of working independently.
- A team player with a customer-oriented approach, especially when working with internal stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Education and Experience
- A Level 5 diploma in accounting or equivalent qualification is a plus
