Our client, a leading international Retail company is looking to recruit an ERP Finance Support Specialist.
Main responsibilities :
Supporting the Finance Super User in the implementation of Finance-related ERP modules.
Working closely with key stakeholders to gather business requirements and assist in configuring ERP modules to align with Finance processes.
Assisting in the preparation and execution of implementation plans, ensuring project timelines and agreed deliverables are met.
Providing ongoing support to the Finance Super User by troubleshooting issues, resolving functional problems within Finance modules, and escalating matters where necessary.
Supporting regular system reviews to identify improvement opportunities and assist with required updates or enhancements.
Collaborating with IT teams and external vendors to help resolve complex issues and optimise system performance.
Analysing existing Finance processes to identify opportunities for improvement through enhanced use of ERP functionality
Supporting process improvements aimed at streamlining workflows, strengthening controls, improving accuracy, and increasing operational efficiency.
Acting as a key point of contact for Finance stakeholders, supporting the Finance Super User with coordination and communication across markets.
Requirements
Proven hands-on experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations within a Finance function.
Highly organised, capable of managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups simultaneously.
Solid understanding of core Finance processes, including postings, approval workflows, month-end close activities, and reporting cycles.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
