On behalf of our client, a public company operating in the field of financing, credit facilities and related services, we are seeking to recruit a Credit Manager for its offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Responsibilities:
Lead the daily monitoring and strategic management of the company’s debtor portfolio to minimize delinquency
Approve or recommend high-level loan applications and credit limits for new and existing corporate and individual clients
Develop and oversee the preparation of comprehensive credit risk assessments and internal rating models
Manage relationships with key clients and oversee the collection of sensitive documentation
Drive the promotion and growth of the company’s business, ensuring credit policies align with commercial objectives
Supervise the administration and optimization of the invoice discounting services platform
Prepare and present sophisticated reports to the Board of Directors and Senior Management regarding portfolio performance, provisions, and risk trends
Lead the identification and design of new financial products and services to expand the company’s market share
Requirements:
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage workload
Very good knowledge of Greek and English
Computer literacy (MS Office)
Previous experience will be considered an additional advantage
Education and Experience
University degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance or a related field
