Credit Controller
Our client within the financial sector is looking for a Credit Controller to join their team
Responsibilities:
Daily follow-up and chasing of clients for outstanding payments
Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and assist clients as required
Process refunds for clients in cases of overpayments
Respond to credit control–related emails and client queries promptly and professionally
Carry out any other duties consistent with the role and company objectives
Requirements
Previous local experience in a similar role
Fluent in written and spoken Maltese
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
