Credit Controller

Our client an International company is looking for a Credit Controller to join their team 

Responsibilities;

• Decide on appropriate credit limits for customers based on their financial situation.
• Ensure the company doesn’t give out more credit than it can handle.
• Follow up on overdue payments by sending reminders, making calls, and negotiating repayment terms.
• Set up and monitor repayment plans for customers struggling to pay on time.
• Keep track of unpaid balances and prepare reports to identify overdue accounts.
• Work closely with the sales team, customers, and other departments to stay updated on payment issues.
• Prepare monthly financial reports related to credit and payments.

Requirements

• Ideally previous experience in a similar role.
• Strong attention to details, organization, and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
