Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of credit control activities for assigned markets, ensuring timely and efficient collection of outstanding payments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, students, and partner institutions, ensuring smooth communication and prompt issue resolution.
- Proactively monitor accounts receivable and identify potential risks, escalating complex cases to the Senior Credit Controller when necessary.
- Generate and analyse reports to track payment trends and support data-driven decision-making.
- Extract, review, and reconcile financial data from business systems to ensure accuracy and transparency of payment records.
- Manage the full communication cycle with clients via email and telephone, ensuring all correspondence is handled professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date, well-organised records of client accounts, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
- Previous experience in credit control will be an asset.
- Exposure in Cash and Receivables management
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience in a fast-paced industry.
- Excellent English and customer facing skills
Education and Experience
- Post-secondary level education.
- An A' level in Accounts would be ideal
