Credit Controller

  South of Malta  |  €30,000 - €32,000 Annually 

Our client within the retail industry is looking to recruit a Credit Controller :



Main Responsibilities:  

  • Oversee accounts receivable to ensure prompt and consistent payment collection.
  • Contact clients regarding overdue balances through phone calls, emails, and formal correspondence.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and address client inquiries related to outstanding invoices.
  • Keep detailed and up-to-date records of collection efforts and communications with clients.
  • Generate and distribute account statements and aging reports.
  • Assist the finance team with routine accounting functions and reconciliation tasks.

 

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Proficiency in Sage will be considered an asset

Education and Experience

  • O Level Standard in Accounting
