Client Accountant (Partially Qualified)

🚀 Your Role & Impact

As a Senior within our client accounting arm, you won’t just manage numbers, you’ll manage relationships and mentor the next generation of talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the financial records for a diverse mix of local and international clients.
• Prepare insightful management reports and ensure precise periodical reconciliations.
• Take charge of VAT reporting and ensure all obligations are met seamlessly.
• Partner with our legal, corporate, and tax teams on multi-disciplinary projects that go beyond traditional accounting.
• Review the work of junior team members, providing the guidance and support they need to grow.
• Assist management with high-level ad-hoc client requests and specialized projects.

🎓 What You Bring to the Team

• You are currently pursuing a degree or a recognized professional qualification in Accounting (e.g., ACCA).
• At least 3 years of experience in an accounting or auditing environment.
• You are a "power user" of MS Excel and have hands-on experience with modern accounting software.
• Exceptional written and verbal skills in both Maltese and English.
• You are a curious, detail-oriented team player who is ambitious about their professional development and capable of working on your own initiative.
